# HeartRiskCalc > HeartRiskCalc is an independent, free educational website with browser-based cardiovascular risk calculators and source-linked heart health guides at https://heartattackriskcalc.com. All calculators are free and require no account. Health inputs and calculated results stay in the browser. The site is not affiliated with AHA, ACC, MESA, or the Framingham Heart Study and is not physician-reviewed. It does not diagnose symptoms or prescribe treatment. For suspected heart attack symptoms, call emergency services (911 in the U.S.) immediately. The home calculator uses 2013 PCE, not PREVENT. Separate pages implement PREVENT, MESA, and Framingham heart age. These models predict different outcomes; their percentages and thresholds are not interchangeable. ## Site documentation - [Overview](https://heartattackriskcalc.com/index.md): Features, cost, site structure, and editorial status. - [Calculators](https://heartattackriskcalc.com/calculators.md): Model versions, age ranges, inputs, outcomes, and limitations. - [Methodology](https://heartattackriskcalc.com/methodology.md): Model distinctions and primary references. - [Privacy](https://heartattackriskcalc.com/privacy.md): Local health calculations, consented analytics, and external AI links. - [Combined documentation](https://heartattackriskcalc.com/llms-full.txt): The four documentation files in one response. ## Interactive tools - [PCE calculator](https://heartattackriskcalc.com): 10-year first ASCVD event risk, ages 40–79. - [PREVENT calculator](https://heartattackriskcalc.com/prevent-calculator): Base-model ASCVD, heart failure, and total CVD risk; 10-year ages 30–79, 30-year ages 30–59. - [MESA calculator](https://heartattackriskcalc.com/mesa-calculator): 10-year CHD risk with and without coronary calcium, ages 45–85; CAC percentile bands ages 45–84. - [Heart age calculator](https://heartattackriskcalc.com/heart-age-calculator): 2008 Framingham general CVD risk and derived heart age, ages 30–74. ## Optional - [ASCVD risk score guide](https://heartattackriskcalc.com/ascvd-risk-score): Explanation of PCE scores and how they differ from PREVENT. - [Calcium score by age](https://heartattackriskcalc.com/calcium-score-by-age): MESA CAC percentiles by age, sex, and race (ages 45–84), a percentile-band lookup, and published figures for ages 30–45. - [Heart attack prevention](https://heartattackriskcalc.com/how-to-prevent-a-heart-attack): Educational prevention guide. - [Signs of heart attack](https://heartattackriskcalc.com/signs-of-heart-attack): Emergency symptom guidance. - [Mini heart attack symptoms](https://heartattackriskcalc.com/mini-heart-attack-symptoms): Explanation of an informal term, not a diagnosis. - [Silent heart attack symptoms](https://heartattackriskcalc.com/silent-heart-attack-symptoms): Educational symptom guide. - [About](https://heartattackriskcalc.com/about): Independent ownership and editorial limitations. - [Medical disclaimer](https://heartattackriskcalc.com/medical-disclaimer): Medical-use boundaries. - [Privacy policy](https://heartattackriskcalc.com/privacy): Data handling. - [Terms](https://heartattackriskcalc.com/terms): Use of the site. - [Contact](https://heartattackriskcalc.com/contact): Current contact availability.
